** This is a customize item I'll only speak with ONE COORDINATOR he/she will receive a flyer via email or I can mail out flyer's of different mock ups and some ideals once approval mock up is submitted then Coordinator will receive a custom link to send to other members so they can personally order and pay.  Once orders is completed all items will be delivered to Coordinator and he/she will distribute accordingly, on or before said due date.
