SUBLIMATION TRANSFERS

WHAT IS SUBLIMATION TRANSFER? Digital image is infused into materiel. Heat pressed to the garment that has at least 65% polyester white to light colored (for vibrant colors get 100% Polyesters, or any item with sublimation coding.  On garments the designs are infused so will not fade, no peeling and long lasting. 

1. Select your sheet size 
2. Upload PNG (300 dpi recommended) - No background (recommend)  Sublimation don't print white. Sized and ready to print. Transfers can be a single image or gang as many images that will fit on a sheet size you have selected. *Screenshots or watermarked images will not permitted. 
3.  Select quantity amount (if you have more then one image or gang sheet repeat steps 1 thru 3).
4. Continue to check out 

1. Lit roll substrate 
2. Preheat the garment for 10 to 15 seconds to remove excess moisture. Let the garment cool for 5 seconds before adding the transfer.
3. Place the transfer on the substrate with image facing down.
4. Press at 385 to 400(F) for 50-60 seconds POLYESTER FABRIC/SUMBLIMATION CODING - with medium to firm pressure.
5. Cover the image with butcher paper. ** If applying to shirt place butcher paper in-between garment to avoid bleeding to other side.  
6. Once image is in position place heat tape to secure image positioning and no ghosting 
   
7. Press then remove transfer immediately.

**** Discard butcher paper after every use, bleeding may occur.

Turn the garment inside out. Machine wash cold. No bleach. Tumble dry low

  SUBLIMATION TRANSFER POLICY: SUBLIMATION Transfers are non-refundable.  We will not refund purchases due to user errors. We will however replace defective transfers at the time they arrive. We will request photos of such defects to approve these claims.  These are a no refund/final sale item with the exception of defects once arrived.
